Last night several us from Sonoran Villas attended the Taste of Cave Creek event at Stagecoach Village.  It was very well attended and it was fun to see the town come together for a successful event.  16 restaurants featured their food and other local businesses were present.  Some of the lines were a little long, but the food was worth the wait.

For me, it was my first time to walk around Stagecoach Village and I really liked the feel.  There is a local wine bar there that I am anxious to return to.  The temperature was perfect and it reminded me of how much I enjoy the nights this time of year and the small town feel of Cave Creek.  I can hardly wait for Wild West Days October 31st - November 2nd as Cave Creek always knows how to put on a party!

APS removed the temporary power poles that were located on the east side of Sonoran Villas.  The poles were necessary through construction but were kind of an eye sore as they took away the views to the east.  Now that they are gone, the 360 degree views from Sonoran Villas are spectacular.

On September 25, 2008, the Town of Cave Creek and the Cave Creek Merchants  Chamber of Commerce will c0-host the “Taste of Cave Creek”.  This event will run from 6:00pm - 10:00pm at Stagecoach Village.

The “Taste of Cave Creek ” will feature taste samplings from nearly 20 restaurants in Cave Creek.  The evening will also feature cooking demonstrations, wine tastings & live music from rock band EastonAshe and country band Rendazous.    Many artists will display original art work and photography as well.

This is the 8th year for “Taste of Cave Creek” and this is an event that you will not want to miss as there is a little something for everyone.  Tickets are $25.00 per person.  You can receive more information about events, location and where to buy tickets by visiting the Cave Creek Chamber of Commerce.

Events like these are just one of the reasons why we just love the Cave Creek life!

Sonoran Villas is hosting an open house event for real estate agents on Tuesday, September 16th from 4:30pm - 7:00pm.  Beverages and light snacks will be served.

Agents will get an opportunity to tour the model and quick move-in homes.  Agents will also be able to view the plan for the new pool that is set for construction soon.

Sonoran Villas in Cave Creek is heading into the fall season with sales momentum.  Only two villas remain in Phase I.  With the new pool plans complete and move-in ready homes, we are seeing more visitors excited about this project.
