Well, I can honestly say that we have now officially BLOWN THE COMPETITION out of the water with the most recent price reduction. In the last 3 weeks the real estate market has definitely experienced some momentum. Historically second quarter has always had the greatest activity in the Phoenix market, but I believe the lower interest rates and tax incentives for buyers has definitely pushed some buyers towards feeling like the time is now. Homes are even more affordable than prior to pre-boom pricing and it won’t stay there long.
